Why I Believe

I believe in God the father. I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe in the Holy Spirit. I believe.

It is hard conversation to have with people. Mainly because it is hard for people to understand. Many people have many doubts. Which is completely fine. I like to think that one day I will be able to explain it flawlessly for everyone to understand. Until that point this is what I have.

There are many reasons for what I believe in. I have personally seen miracles and blessings. I do not believe because someone or something told me to. I do not believe because of things I have read. Although that does help. I believe for reasons that are hard to explain. I just feel it. I feel it in my heart and I feel it in my soul.

There are stories upon stories, in my family alone, that make up roughly 80% of why I believe. I have seen God work miracles. I have seen him bless people beyond measure.

With the research and studies that have been recorded to date show there are infinite possibilities in the Universe around us. New things are being discovered every day. There are an infinite amount of possibilities that anything is possible. My husband and I do not believe in the same things. We take joy in getting to debate the existence of a “higher power”. We have many heated debates, many theological arguments. But in the end we agree to disagree… for now. But we both know in our hearts that we could both be right in many different ways. One day I believe there will be such an explainable experience in our lives that will show us all some sort of explanation. Until that day, the existence of God is highly debating around the World.

It is a debate that has killed people, saved people, blessed people, created worlds, ideas and theories. I know there are answers out there somewhere. I believe there is a type of explanation for everything. No I do not have all the answers. There is a limited about of proof I can personally tell about. To believe in something you have to know in your heart that it is worth believing in. Not because some one told you too, but because you will be able to feel it.

I do not believe that I am solely right about everything. I do not believe or think in any way that what I believe is right and “you are wrong”. No that is not what I think. If you choose to not believe that does not effect me at all. It does make me pray that one day we will all see the undoubted truth; What ever it may be. I would love to prove what I belive. You can bet that I am trying and learning and seeking wisdom. So my family and friends have a chance at knowing the truth before (if and when it may be) too late.

Unique Advice for Today: Your heart knows what your heart feels. It has nothing to do with any other person. I pray you keep your heart and mind open to an infinite amount of possibilities. Anything is possible.

I know answers like this does not give people much information. I also know that people aren’t going to change everything they believe in based on what someone else says. If they do it will create problems all around. But I am not a fraud. I do not give advice because of what I think you guys should believe. I give advice because of what I feel, things I have learned, and things I have seen. I believe because I know in my heart there is something worth believing in that changes lives.

  1. You are certainly right sometimes it is hard to explain why we believe to others. Because sometimes people struggle with a connection to Him because at the present time they don’t have one. Being an Example and A Living Testimony is surely a great way to spark curiosity and encourage conversation, which can make room for the invitation.
