So where do we begin?
How does it start ?
I finally realized after a long time of thought, and prayers.
The process of understanding, begins with deciphering what areas, or items, are worth understand. Also which ones are even within our reach of doing so.
If we are to pursue understanding something but we will never be capable of doing so, then we are just wasting time and effort all to end up being stuck in square one.
- Identify the situation & Figure out if it is worth the time in understanding
To simplify this point.
There is a difference, Understanding why a dog barks, and understanding why the sky is blue. There are ways to study up on both. But studying why a dog barks is not too practical. You can research and take notes, until you are blue in the face. But you will never find an answer as to why they actual bark and not meow or moo. No one knows why they do not moo. It is just how they were made. It is just “how it is”. In the same way, you can study why the sky is blue. But there is an actual scientific answer for that. (Has to do with our atmosphere, reflections and such.) If you want to understand why it isn’t always purple instead, then you will be unsatisfied with all of your studies because no one knows. Why the ocean, the sky are blue and why grass is green. It just is! That is how it is, and you will waste precious time to figure out why. You could go crazy just trying to solve the unsolvable. It is better for us to accept that we can not understand why some things are the way they are.
Unique Advice For Today: Find out if the thing you want to understand, is “Plausible” to pursue. Do not waste time trying to understand things that have no explanations for. (Identify the situation & Figure out if it is worth the time in understanding)
Even though some things are hard to except, death, crashes, car problems, sickness. Only some of those, under some circumstances, are able to put an explanation behind.
Please reference the previous Post: Things I Do Not Understand.
You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.
Psalms 16:11 NKJV
For the next couple of weeks I would like to shed more light on this topic. I feel some people miss the point. Or miss something important, simply by not understanding. August Will be our month of Understanding. Lets bring it into awareness.
