My kids mean the World to me. With that being said, There are many days where I have said out-loud, that “I hate my life”. That statement, said purely out of frustration, is by NO MEANS true. I love my life. I have been blessed tremendously. That statement is also completely unacceptable to say. (In my opinion) Those “feelings/emotions” are just attacks on our mind. Attacks (like I have covered before and Will cover again), are always there. They are there to try our faith, with the purpose of testing the Word. Making sure it has taken root to grow and produce fruit. If you don’t know anything about the Bible, a couple of things you should know… It teaches many kinds of things, it promotes knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. It gives us the ability to produce fruit.
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge & understanding.” Proverbs 2:6 NKJV
“Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding.” Proverbs 3:13 NKJV
“Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all you are getting, get understanding.” Proverbs 4:7 NKJV
My advice, read the Bible. Or start small, if you are truly interested. Reading the Bible is a very intimidating feat, so you can start small. For example starting a plan with The Bible App (You Version). Of course, because there is an app for everything. It covers many, many, many different categories of things. It shares Gods wisdom with millions. In a way that is easy to understand. I have been a member of the app since January 2016. Since I have added it, I know that I have grown a lot. I know, I know, I am great with the “Rabbit holes”. The point is, the more you read, the more knowledge you have the potential of gaining. But only if you are actively searching for it. You just have to be wise in what you are reading.
For the past week and a half, my family has been “attacked” in many areas. Health, for everyone, finances, disappointments, never ending clutter problems, attitudes (everyone being sick and cranky) and now transportation issues. The thing about all of it, is I KNOW in my heart, these “attacks” mean something. They are strengthening us, without us even realizing it. More often then not, attacks are followed by blessings. But only if our eyes are focused on the bigger picture and not our current sorrows. Keeping our heads up, our faith up, and frankly keeping our eyes on Jesus. We should Believe in something more. Believe in a higher purpose. We were placed here, at this point in time, for a reason. One that is NOT, to “Hate our lives”. I know it. In my heart, I can feel it. It makes me want to know more, and to share more with those around me who will listen. We were meant to live for so much more.
Bravo. I love this one. Good job 😘❤️
