Yesterday is over. Tomorrow is not here yet. We are highly advised to live in today and for today. Yes, It is much easier said then done. Yet is has such knowledge within the saying. I know you are all going through something right now. Whether it is a good something or a bad one. We are still all going through a moment.
It is a concept hard to remember; Even when that rude man told you harsh, hurtful words yesterday. It is a concept hard to remember when you lost someone close yesterday. It is a hard concept when you have an important deadline to meet tomorrow. It is a hard concept to remember when you have family members coming tomorrow. It is a hard concept no matter what you had happen yesterday, no matter what you have planned for tomorrow.
We have to accept that the only thing we can control, are how we handle each one moment, each one day as it comes. You can plan until you are blue in the face. But you can not plan for everything. You can not plan for mistakes. You can not plan for attitudes. You can not plan for disappointments. Unless you are used to them; but even then, you can not plan to expect them. Your peace, your happiness, lies in how you learn to handle right now. Even if that rude person said something to you an hour ago. Pray for that person, pray for the hurtfulness to be taken away; Then move on. Move forward. Move past the pain, move passed the fears, move passed your emotions. Even when it is super darn hard. Just keep taking on today, one moment at a time. But remember it is about one moment, one day, TODAY, One thing at a time.

When you are worried about tomorrow. It robs you of your peace today. When you worry about tomorrow, you are not giving God the chance to take care of it. In your mind tomorrow is already crap, so why bother? I know that My God has tomorrow taken care of. My whole life He has provided for us through every moment we have needed Him. Through each moment we didn’t even know we needed Him. He has pulled us out of the fire too many times to count. Me being worried about how we are going to pay the bills tomorrow; Me being worried about what we are going to have for dinner tomorrow; Worried about how we will make it in a couple days; IS NOT HAVING FAITH THAT GOD WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE CARE OF US! It is almost a direct slap in the face to HIM.
How many of you know the story of Moses taking the Israelite slaves out of Egypt; Under Gods authority. God was the only thing that saved them from being enslaved any longer. Gods plan got them out of there and headed to the Promise Land. Yet instead of being thankful and remembering what God had done for them; It was not long before they were complaining and irritated because they were hungry & scared. They were not trusting in Gods ability to take care of them. After all He had done for them. After all He has done for us. Yet we as people still complain, still are scared, still are worried. FOR WHAT!?? For what does worrying add to you? Really? It isn’t a stupid question. It is however hard to remember at times. Especially if you do not know the ~ONE TRUE ALMIGHTY GOD!~
25 And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? 26 If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? 27 Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 28 If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith? 29 “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. 30 For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. 31 But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. Luke 12:25-31 NKJV
He is a God of Love. He is a God of grace. He is a longsuffering, saving, faithful, an all true, an all amazing God! It is tough in life when you do not know the truth. I know He takes care of me. But it took me a long while to truly accept putting my FULL faith and my FULL trust in HIM.
It is not an easy thing. Especially when some one yesterday told you that you are losing your job. Or somebody told you yesterday you only have a few days to live. Somebody told you that your kitchen is on fire. But the God of the universe knew that was going to be happen, He knew they were going to say that, He knew it was going to happen. Yet He gave us the tools we need to overcome that situation. Its our job to pray and ask Him to take care of it. It is our Job to trust in Him for peace & a way to handle things. It is our job to make sure we do not fall and crumble at the first sign of stress. If someone is not listening to you. If some one did not heed your warning. You know they might stumble. You know they might fail. You know some thing that they do not. You can not worry yourself silly about it. It does nothing. BUT PRAYER AND GOD CAN FIX ANYTHING!! I know He can. I have seen it. I do not have the time or the internet space to tell you all of the miracles our God is capable of. If God did not exist; I would NOT be here. I am a living breathing miracle. I am not saying that because I am full of myself, I am saying it because I truly would not be here if it was not for the GRACE of GOD!
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
I am sorry to go into so much scripture today. But Today my heart is full of the Word of God. I am sorry because today my heart hurts for my family. The anger, the self destruction, the fear, the mindlessness, the worry, the pain, that is all around us in our world today is so hard to see. But Our God has already overcome the world. He gave us a job, that Job was to handle each day, with HIS power, with HIS grace, with HIS strength, & with OUR prayer. He told us many times to not worry. He told us soo many times to not fear. He tells us over and over in HIS WORD how to handle life today. The Word of God is living. It is to equip us with what we need today.

This does not mean to never make plans, this does not mean you can never be sad or feel hurt, this does not mean you should always be so happy about that rude person or that crappy deadline. It’s not about being perfect. It’s not about knowing every answer. It’s not about “religious practices” Or “religious mentalities” it not about doing everything right the first time. It is not about just “getting over it” when people think you need to. Some things do take time. But Our God has came to give us power. He came to give us the Holy spirit who is our helper, who is our comforter. It is about a relationship with Christ. Not doing everything we are “suppose to”. Not being something or someone completely different. It is about handling every moment, every feeling, every pain, every obstacle, every adventure, every person, every moment, with prayer. It is about learning how to handle each one, each time. Because each time will be a little different. Each time will be hard, and each time will be another moment to overcome. But with prayer, in reading the Word of God, with knowing that HE WHO IS IN YOU IS GREATER THEN HE WHO IS IN THE WORLD! (that is in the bible too)
It is about knowing God, and knowing that you will never be able to handle everything all by yourself. We were not created to do this alone. We were not created to live in fear of tomorrow. We were created to have a relationship with Christ, AND to overcome every obstacle because of it!
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew 6:33-34 NKJV
I love you all, and I know God loves you all more then I ever could. He actually knows what is going on in your life. He knows How you feel; He understands why you feel that way. He gets it. Just pray and let Him have it. That is what He wants. Prayer, reading the Word and trust, will get you AND your family through every moment you will encounter. I pray He reveals Himself to you and your family in a powerful way today. I pray you all see He is real at some point today. He is alive, and He loves you!
Have a wonderful weekend all!

The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Psalms 90:12 NKJV
For we were born yesterday, and know nothing, Because our days on earth are a shadow.
Job 8:9 NKJV
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12 NKJV
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5:43-48 NKJV
Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever You had formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. You turn man to destruction, And say, “Return, O children of men.” For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it is past, And like a watch in the night. You carry them away like a flood; They are like a sleep. In the morning they are like grass which grows up: In the morning it flourishes and grows up; In the evening it is cut down and withers. For we have been consumed by Your anger, And by Your wrath we are terrified. You have set our iniquities before You, Our secret sins in the light of Your countenance. For all our days have passed away in Your wrath; We finish our years like a sigh. The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Who knows the power of Your anger? For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath. So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom. Return, O Lord ! How long? And have compassion on Your servants. Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days! Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us, The years in which we have seen evil. Let Your work appear to Your servants, And Your glory to their children. And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands.
